BIM Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Read and interpret 2D shop drawings

  Create 3D wireframe using Rhino / Grasshopper

  Participate in various multidisciplinary coordination session

  Generate material takeoffs (MTO)

  Generate various attributes based on shop drawings / Architectural drawings

  Contribute to creation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

  Ensure all surrounding activities are derived from model

  Taking part of various design training activities

SOFTWARE:

• Working experience with Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Rhino and Navisworks

  Knowledge of Inventor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and possess a wide degree of creativity to accomplish goal / problem solving

  Ability to read and understand architectural shop drawings

  Experience in curtain wall / construction is a plus

  Knowledge of general manufacturing

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or Associate degree (with relevant experience) in Architecture, Engineering
